leigh in africa- march update

Hello friends,

 

This has been an eventful week with visitors from Memphis, a road trip, birthdays and more! Attached is a brief newsletter with some recent photos and highlights of how the Father has been at work.

 

I've mentioned it before, but I ask again that you make the most of an incredible opportunity to lift up this area of the world!

For the month of April, in less than one week, YOU can join 1 million people in pr*ying for this part of the world.  We believe this is a critical, G*d appointed moment for the Horn and so we are setting aside the month of April to get on our knees, fast, and p-walk for the Father to bring those in darkness to light (Isaiah 9:2).  There will be people from China to Central Asia to California joining us in this movement.  Please join us in this.  Here are some ways you can help:

-Pr*y!

- Visit www.prayforthehorn.com to learn specific ways to pr*y

- Tell your fellowship about it and challenge them to join in

- Let your networks know by adding it to your FB or twitter accounts

-  Set aside time each week with your family and pr*y for a different country or people in the Horn

 

 

Thank you to all of you who have been faithful in pr*ying for this region, these people, this work and me over the last two years.  Your support has been invaluable.  It is very hard for me to believe that six weeks from now my two years in Africa will draw to and end, and I will be moving back to Memphis. But as the end draws close, it is a good reminder to me to make the most of every day and every opportunity!!
